FOUR SEASONS RESORT, MONTENEGRO
This 130-room boutique hotel and 80-unit residential complex includes condominiums, private villas and a wellness spa nestled along the bank of this picturesque cove of the Adriatic Sea.
NORTH BETHESDA MARKET (NOBE)
It’s young, it’s chic and energetic in North Bethesda, Maryland.
This 650,000 square foot mixed-use facility offers residential condominiums and apartments, retail shops, restaurants, a Whole Foods Market and a 1,220 car parking structure.
GALLERY PLACE
Gallery Place is the quintessential mixed-use development located in a bustling area of Washington, DC, with a Metro station, retail shops, commercial office space, residential apartments and entertainment venues.
